MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />DECEMBER 2, 2025 <br />Council President Brossard: <br />The Council meeting of December 2, 2025, will now please come to order at 7:31 p.m. The <br />audience is invited to join Council in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />All: <br />I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it <br />stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Will the Clerk please call the roll? <br />Council Clerk: <br />Mr. Brossard: Present <br />Ms. Gilchrist: Here <br />Ms. Hemann: [Absent] <br />Mr. Limpert: Present <br />Mr. Madden: Here <br />Mr. Marrie: Here <br />Mr. Scarl: Present <br />Mr. Shymske: Here <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />Council President Brossard: <br />If there are no additions or corrections, the Council Meeting Minutes of November 18, 2025, <br />are approved as written. <br />There are four items being requested for suspension this evening. They are Ordinances 2025- <br />117, 2025-119 and 2025-120, all of which are on second reading, as well as resolution 2025-122 <br />which is on first reading. <br />Moving into reports, Mayor Dailey Jones, do you have a report this evening? <br />REPORTS <br />Mayor Jones: <br />Mr. President, I do but first we have police officers who we would like to have sworn in before <br />Council. [inaudible: swearing in Officer Haden Zwolenik and Officer Matthew Holdridge] <br />
