Thank you, Mr. President. <br />• I'd like to start out tonight by just extending our thoughts and prayers to the <br />communities of Parma and Parma Heights and Valley Forge High School. I know all of us <br />here are thinking of those communities and what they're going through right now, and <br />so I just wanted to acknowledge that. <br />
