Resolution 2026-44 and <br />Resolution 2026-45 both are on first reading. <br />Moving into reports, I'd like to announce that Mayor Jones will not be able to attend. She's <br />attending an Eagle Scout [ceremony] for her son and she apologizes for that, so there will be <br />no report from her. <br />Law Director Gareau, do you have a report this evening? <br />Law <br />Law Director Gareau: <br />• Just a quick note that the City of North Olmsted was named as a defendant in a <br />relatively small case over in Rocky River Small Claims Court for an individual whose <br />vehicle was towed pursuant to an arrest, and they wish to get the return of their towing <br />fees. So the City of North Olmsted Law Department will be appearing in that matter and <br />
