VERNON <br />BETA DRIVE AND S.O.M. <br />DISTRICT; PROVIDING <br />THE QUESTION OF REZONING <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, <br />are amended by the addition of Chapter 1175, to read as follows: <br />CHAPTER 1175 <br />~~In~dustrial Park District <br />Section 1175.01 ~3nt'ent. To allow continued orderly <br />development of the Mt. Vernon Industrial Park and such other <br />lands within Mayfield Village as may hereafter be zoned for <br />industrial park usage, there is hereby created a special <br />zoning classification generally allowing any business use <br />according to planning criteria set forth herein. <br />Section 1175.03 Permitted Uses; Conformity. Within <br />an industrial park district, all uses specifically allowed <br />in office-laboratory and production-distribution districts <br />as set forth in Chapter 1173 and all uses set forth for a <br />small office building district as set forth in Chapter 1169, <br />and only such uses, shall be permitted. The owner of land <br />within an industrial park district shall have the option of <br />developing the land in accordance with the provisions of <br />Chapter 1173 or Chapter 1169, as the case may be for the <br />particular use proposed, or the use of this Chapter 1175, <br />whichever the owner shall deem more advantageous. In no <br />event, however, shall an owner develop land by using a <br />mixture of the criteria set forth in this Chapter and the <br />criteria set forth in any other Chapter. Use of this Chapter <br />shall be deemed an exclusive method of development. <br />Section 1175.05 ~P.reaiminary D.evelo:pment'Plans.. A: developer <br />seeking to use land in an industrial park district in a manner <br />which is not consistent with the zoning existing under Chapter <br />1169 or Chapter 1173 of the Codified Ordinances shall submit <br />to the Planning Commission an application for preliminary <br />development plan approval. The application shall include a <br />brief written description of the nature of the project proposed <br />and shall be accompanied by eight copies of a blueprint, drawn <br />at a scale of not less than one inch equals one hundred feet, <br />submitted to the Secretary of the Planning Commission, which <br />drawings shall include the following: <br />
