ORDINANCE NO. 81-1.5 <br />INTRODUCED BY : C'duncil' as :a Whd..re <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 81-6 PERTAINING <br />TO THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, 'THAT: <br />Section 1. Council determines and finds that the problems <br />and. costs associated with dealing with the current Charter limitations <br />concerning the Director of Finance are not commensurate with the cost <br />to the municipality of a special election on the subject and can <br />continue to be handled temporarily without having such special election. <br />Section 2. Ordinance No. 81-6 proposing a change in the <br />Charter and submitting the matter to the electorate at a sepcial <br />election is hereby repealed. <br />Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect at the earliest <br />time allowed by law. <br />Alan G.
