He stated that he believed the greatest percentage
of the residents have chosen not to have this done, to have the Village
use whatever money is available to do minimal work.
Mr, Amendola stated that the road was rescraped last fall but no work
has been done yet this year.
Mayor Beebe stated this is not a dedicated and accepted road. He
questioned if the Village should make the decision to assess the
property owners, stating he felt the decision should be made by the
people in the area.
Mr. DiLillo stated he is aware that his neighbors do not wish to
be assessed for the repaving, but that he has always been in favor
of the repaving and is willing to be assessed.
Mayor Beebe stated the decision will rest with Council.
Mr. Flynn stated Council will discuss the matter at the next Caucus.
