i_- ° RESOLUTION N0. 825 Bq: Davis A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL PERMIT TO PAT LECONTE AND NATIONAL GOLF COURSE OPERATIONS, INC. TO USE CERTAIN PREMISES FOR THE OPERATION OF A GOLF COURSE.' Be bt resolved by the Council of the Village of Mayfield, Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio that: Sec. lo Council finds that the use of the property hereinafter described as a Golf Course will substantially serve the public convenience and welfare and , will not substantially or permanently injure the appropriate use o£ the neighboring property, and further that such use will not be i.njurious, obnoxious or offensive by reason of emission of refuse water, odors, dust, fumes, vibrations, smoke, gas, noise or otherwise and will not be dangerous or harmful to life, health, property or morals and will not cause undue congestion on the public highways. Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Mayfield Township, Lot No. 15, `-? Tract No. 1 and bounded and described as follows: ''•- Beginning in the center line of S.O.M. Center Road (60 feet wide) ' at the Northeasterly corner of land conveyed to William J. Thoren and Beatrice C. Thoren by deed dated September 5, 1939 and recorded in Volume 5015, Page 608 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Northerly along the center line of S.O.M. Center Road, 896.66 feet to a point distant Southerly measured along said center line, 126.72 feet from its intersection with the Northerly line of Original Lot Noa 15, said point being_also in the Southerly line of land set off to A.
