P!IINUTES OF A REGULAR P14EETIXG HELD APRIL 20' 1942 a <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in the Tovun Hall, in regular <br />meeting' on the 20th day of April,. 1942, at 8s00 o'clock9 P.M. Mayor ponald <br />Doster presiding. <br />Roll Call: Present, PJtessrs. Barnum, Franz, Parker., Young and Heiss. <br />Absent, PJIro Reeser. <br />Mr. Young then introduced Ordinance No. 207-A entitled "An Ordinance <br />to Provide for the Collection of Garbage", vrhich Ordinance r9ras read to the <br />Council. It vras then moved by iUir. Young, seconded by Mr. Franz, that the <br />rules of lava requiring Ordinances to be read on three different days be <br />suspended, and that Ordinance No. 207-A be placed upon its final passage. <br />Roll Ca11t Ayes, Messrs. Barnum, Franz, Parker, Young and Heiss. <br />NayS, none. <br />Motion ca-rried. <br />Then it was moved by TVIrm Parker and seconded by Nlre Barnum that <br />Ordinance Noe 207-A be passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes, Messrs. Barnum, Franz, Parker, Young and Heiss. <br />Nays, none. <br />Motion carried. <br />Ordinance passed. <br />iJlrr. Franz then introduced Ordinance No. 227-P entitled "An Ordinance <br />to Pay Certain Bills", vrhich Ordinance was read •to the Council. It was <br />then moved by D!!r. Fra.nz, seconded by Plfr. Young, that Ordinance Vo e 227-P <br />be passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes, tQessrs.
