NIINUTES OF k REGULAR MEETING HELD JULY 18th, 1932e The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in the Town Ha119 Mayfield Village, Ohio, on the 18th day of July, 1932, at 8 o'clock P. M. in regular meeting, Mayor Arthur Dawson presidingo Roll Ca11: Presenty Pdessrs. VPilliss Lockemer9 Parker, Patterson and Corletto Absent, None. The minutes of the regular meeting held on June 20th, 1932, were read. It was then moved by Mr. Patterson, seconded by Mrm Parker' that the minutes of the meeting of June 20th9 19329 be approved as read. and Motor. and Corletto . , Nays, None> Motion car-riedo , MinUtes approved. Roll Call: Ayes9 Messrs. Willis9 Parker, Lockemer' Patterson Mr. Bennett then reported on the condition of the Sewer pumps The Clerk read a report from Central IInited National Bank stating that the interest and ta.xes on the mortgage held as security for Village funds vrere paid to date. Mr. Tomlinson then addressed the Council as to the Village Ordinances in regard to building an Inn at S.O.M. Center Road and White Road. A letter was then read by the Clerk from Pllayfield Heights GoZf' Inc. inviting the officials of the Village to play golf at the Mayfield Heights Golf Course on Monday, August 15th. ' It was moved by Nir. Corlett, seconded by Mr. Patterson that the Clerk accept the irivitation in behalf of the officials of the Village. Carried. on S.O.M. Road. Bi}rrm E. J. Swaffield presented plans for a hotLse to be built It Gvas moved by Pdr. Parker, seconded by P,ir. Patterson that the building inspector be authorized to issue a permit to Mr. Swaffield. a.nd Corlett. Roll Ca11: Ayes' iVlessrs. 61fillis, Lockemer, Parker, Patterson Motion carriede Nays' Nonea Mre Patterson then introduced Resolution No. 75 entitled "A ` Resolution Authorizing and Directing the Clerk to draw a Warrant in favor - of the Trustees of the Mayfield Union Cemetery in the sum of $50000", which Resolution was read to the Council.
