MINITTES OF SPECTAL IUIEETING HELD JANU9RY 2nd9 1934. The Council of the Village af Mayfield met in the Tovm Hall' Mayfield Village9 Ohio, on Tuesday, the 2nd day of January, 19349 at 8 o'clock, Mayor Doster presidingo Roll Ca11: Present9.Messrso Willis, Parker, Fisk, Corlett9 Voorhees and Poss. Absent, None. The oath of office was then administered to Donald Doster as Ntayor, E?alalia S. Bennett as Clerk, C. C. Scheuring as Treasurer; George A. B ennett, Jr. as Marshal and Messrs. Willis9 Corlett9 Parker, Fisk' Voorhees and Poss as Councilmen by F. W. Dorn, Notary Public. The minutes of the regular meeting held on December 18th, 1933, were rearl to the Council. It was moved by Mr. Parker, seconded by Mro Corlett, that the minutes of the regular meeting held December 18th' 19339 be approved as read. Roll Calle Ayes, Messrs. Willis, Corlett, Parker., Fisk',Voorhees, and Poss. Nays, Nonem Motion carriedm Minutes approvedo The minutes of the special meeting held December 30th9 1933, were read to the Conncil. It was moved by Mr. Poss, seconded by Mr. Voorhees, that the minu.tes of the special meeting be approved as read. Roll Call: Ayes, Messrsm. VJillis, Corlett, Parker, Fisk, Voorhees and Possa Nays, Nonee Motion carried. Minutes approved. The Mayor then appointed Mra L. E. Brott as Street Commissionere Upon motion rluly made and carried the said appointment cRas unanimously approv- ed by the Council. The Mayor then appointed Mr. Jay Lewi.s as Building Inspector. It was moved by Mr. Corlett, seconde d by Mr. Poss that said appointment be approved. Roll Calle Ayes, Messrs. Viiillis, Corlett, Parker, Fisk, Voorhees and Poss. Nays, None. Motion carried. The May or then appointed the followi.ng members to comprise the :. Finance Committee: Messrs. Poss., Corlett and VPill3s.
