NIINUTES OF THE REGIILAR tVIEETING <br />HELD OCTOBER 15th' 1934, <br />The Couricil of the Village of Mayfield met in the Totivn Hall, Mayfield <br />Village' Ohio, on the 15th dap of October9 19349 at 8 oTClock P. lli., in <br />regular meeting, Mayor ponald Doster presidingo <br />Roll Callo Present, Messrso Willis., Corlett, Parker, Fisk, Voorhees <br />and Posso " <br />Absent' Noneo <br />- The minutes of the regular meeting held September 17th, 19348 were <br />read tio the Council. It vras moved by Mr. Corlett, seconded by I14r. Voorhees, <br />that the minutes of the regular meeting held September 17th, 1934, be approved <br />as reado <br />Roll Calls Ayes, Messrs. Rillis?, Corlett, Parker, Fisk, Voorhees <br />and Poss. <br />Nays' None. <br />Pltotion carried. <br />Minutes approvedo <br />Mr. Willis introduced Resolu.tion No. 89 entitled "A resolution termin- <br />ating the authority of The Union Trust Company to act on behalf of Niayfield Vil- <br />la.ge as paying agent of Mayfield Toivnship bonds". <br />It qJas then moved by Mrs Poss, seconded by Mr. Corlett' that the <br />rules of Iaw requiring resolutions to be read on three different days be <br />suspended and that Resolution No. 89 be placed upon its final passagee <br />Roll Calla Ayes, Messrs. VJillis, Corlett, Parker,.Fisk, Voorhees <br />and Poss. <br />Nays, None. <br />il!lotion carried. <br />It was then moved by PlLro Parker, seconded by PJIro Voorhees, that Resolu- <br />tion No. 89 be passed as reade <br />Roll Call: Ayes9 Pdessrso Willis, Corlett, Parker, Fisk'Voorhees, <br />and Poss. <br />Nays, iVone. <br />Motion caxried. <br />Resolution passed.. <br />It was moved by Mro Parker, seconded by tVtr. Poss9 that the Village <br />Engineer be authorized to inspect the sewer pumps and to report to this <br />Council what steps it will be necessary to take in order to place saicl pumps <br />in a working condition <br />Roll Call: Ayes9 Messrs. Willis, Corlett, Parker, Fisk9Voorhees <br />and Poss. . <br />Nays, None. <br />TJiotion carriede <br />Discussion was then had concerning a proposed zoning ordinance, The <br />Ptfayor then appointecl the following persons who shall comprise the Planning
