1 Minutes of the Special I'Teeting _ ,November 29, 195t~ The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in special meeting at the Village Ha71 at II:00 o'clock P. M. pursuant to notice given to all members of Council according to law, Mayor Clarence Endress presiding. Roll Call: present - Messrs Swanson, Taylor, Beard, whiting & Oatess. Absent -None. _ The Clerk then read the 1^abulation of Bids received on the sale of Bonds on S.Q.M. No. 2 Water Main. It was moved by r`~r. Oatess, seconded by ~~r. Beard, that the Clerk receive, accept and file the Tabulation of Bids. Roll Call: Ayes -.Messrs Swanso~.,Taylor,~lhiting,Beard & Oatess. Nays - None. I~Zotion Carried lv~. Taylor then introduced Resolution No. 263 entitled= " A Resolution Accepting the Highest Bid for X25,095.55 of Special Assessment Bonds Upon the Lowest Rate of Interest Bid by a Responsible Bidder". This Resolution was seconded by Mr..St~aanson. It was moved by Mr. Beard, seconded by Mr. Oates s, that the rules of law requiring a Resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. •w- Ro11 Ca]1: Ayes - riessrs Swans on, ~ Taylor, whiting, Beard & Oates s. Motion Carried Resolution Passed Mr. Edelman then reported that it had been arranged with the County Auditor's Office to assess Wilson Mi11s Road tiro years in one, that the assessment sheets had been filed i~.th the County, and that arty loan needed to pay the interest and maturing ,.bonds could be paid back next year. He reported that the Clerk had given him checks for the maturing bonds and that this money would be borrowed from the General Fund.
