Robley for the sum of X509000.00 which he was to have given
them in lieu of bond for the purpose of recording his plat. Mr. Robley was
under the impression that this would allo~,i him to obtain building permits.
Mr. Ede]snan explained that this would only allow the clerk to sign his plat
for record but did not cover building permit's. Council discussed the matter but made no
effort to change the ordinance.
Mr. Beard, seconded by Mr. Oatess, then introduced Resolution~No. 296
entitled: T'A Resolution Approving for Record the Final P1a,n~ of Proposed Robley
Subdivision.
