1 Minutes of the Regular Meeting Held February 20, 1950 ^lhe Council of the Village of Mayfield met at the Town Hall in regular meting on tho 20th day of February, 1950, at &:00 o'clock P. M., tfiayor Gustav Swanson presiding. _ .. Ro11 Call: Present Messrs Hardman, Seheuring, Taylor, Godfrey aid Cass. Absent - Mr. Ha11 Minutes of the regular m©eting held Jaxauary 16, 1950, were read to the Council. It was moved by P~Irs.~ Cass, seconded by Mr. Taylor, that the minutes be approved as read. Roll Call: Ayes- Messrs IIardmasz,Scheuring,Taylor,Godfrey &; Cass. Nays- None. Motion Carried T~4inutes Approved Ordinance No. 319-P was read by the Clerk. It was moved by Mr. Godfrey, seconded by Mrs. Cass, that the ordinance be passed as read. Roll Call: Ayes -Messrs Hardman,Scheuring,Taylor,Godfrey & Cass. Nays - I~TOne ® . 144otion Carried Ordinance Passed. IuTayor Swanson read proposals dated January 20, 1950, submitted by Euclid Ford Co. for tho furnishing of anew police car to the Village. Euclid Ford Co® proposed to furnish a new Ford Cruiser for ~,~1875.00 and to purchase the present ca.r for X1675.00; this was the only bid submitted. Pdr.
