Edelman, wa.s designated a.s Clerk protein. The D~iinutes of the regular meeting of . Apri 1 21, 1952, were read by the Clerk protein. It was moved by Mrs. Cass, seconded by Mr.Scheuring, that the minutes be approved as read, Roll Call: Ayes -Messrs. Waltz, Sloan, Scheuring, Cass and Oatess. Nays - None. Motion Carried Minutes Approved. 1 Mr. Scheuring introduced Ordinanc e rlo. 105 entitled, f1An Emergency Ordinance Amending Ordinance rTo. 393 Passed as an Emergency Measure December 17, 1851", which Ordinance was read to Council. It wa.s moved by Mr. Sloan, seconded by I~Trs. Cass, that the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. Roll Call; Ayes -Messrs.
