M. at the Town Hall, Bdayor Gustav <br />Swanson presiding. - <br />Roll Call: Present Messrs. Waltz, Sloan,. Cass and Oatess. <br />Abserxt Messrs . Endress_ and Scheuring. <br />The minutes of the regular meeting of February 16, 1953,, were <br />read by the Clerk. It was moved.by Dr. Waltz, seconded by.Mrs. Cass, that <br />the minutes be. approved as.read. _ . <br />Roll Call: Ayes.- waltz,. Sloan, Cass .and Oatess. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />.The Minutes of the. special meeting of March 9., 1953 were, read by <br />the~Clerk. It was moved by Mrs. Cass, seconded by Mr. Oatess, that the <br />minutes-be approved as read.- <br />Roll Call: Ades -.Waltz, Sloan, Cass. and Oatess.. <br />Nays. - None. <br />Motion Carried <br />MiAUtes Approved <br />Mr. Scheuring entered the meeting. <br />Mayor Swanson read a~ letter. ..from Albert S. Porter regarding road <br />work which is to be done on certain roads.in.the Village, i.e. Highland, <br />Wilson Mills, White and I,ander..Roads. The passing of an Ordinance to <br />approve this work being done is~necessary.. <br />Mr. Scheuring introduced Ordinance No. Ii31 entitled: «An Ordinance <br />Consenting to the Maintenance and Repair of Certain Streets and Roads by the <br />Board of County Commissioners. of.-Cuyahoga_County, Ohion, which Ordinance <br />was read to~Council. . <br />It was moved by Bdr. Sloan, seconded by Bor. Oatessy that the rules <br />of law requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be <br />suspended. _ _ <br />. ;Roll Call: Ayes. - 11Paltz, Sloan,. Scheuring, Cass &. Oatess. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion Carried <br />.Rules.
