<br />ORDINANCE NOe 82- 2 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Council as a Whole <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 121.06 OF THE <br />CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, <br />REPEALING EXISTING SECTION 121.06 AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCYa <br />WHEREAS, Section 121:06 of the Codified Ordinances of <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio, reads as follows: <br />121.06 COMMITTEES <br />(a) Standing Committees - All standing committees <br />shall be appointed by the President of Council. There <br />shall be the following standing committees: <br />Committee of the Whole <br />Budget and Appropriations Committee <br />Public Safety Committee <br />Public Service and Public Utilities Committee <br />Legislative Committee <br />The report of any committee shall be submitted <br />to the Council at the next regular meeting unless further <br />time is given at the time of reference,.and such report <br />shall be required to be in writing. <br />(b) Special Committees - Al1 special committees <br />shall be appointed by the President of Councile <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, Council has determined that the foregoing Section should <br />be amended; now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section le Section 121.06 of the Codified Ordinances of <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio, is hereby amended to read as follows; <br />121.06 COMMITTEES <br />(a) Standing Cominittees - Al1 standing committees and <br />their officers sha11 be appointed by the President of <br />Council. There shall be the following standing committees: <br />Rules Committee <br />Committee of the Wliole <br />a Finance Committee <br />. Safety/Service Committee <br />? Metroparks Coznmittee
