RESOLUTION N0. 83° 14; <br />INTRODUCED BYs Mayor Beebe & Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO DR. <br />JEFFREY EP,DIE ' TO USE THE' PREMISES LOCATED AT 865 <br />S.O.M. CENTER ROAD IN MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, FOR <br />THE PURPOSE OF CONDUCTING~A GENERAL DENTAL PRACTICE <br />FOR SO LONG AS DR.-JEFFREY EADIE MAINTAINS A FULL-TIME <br />GENERAL DENTAL PRACTICE ON THE PREMISES, ESTABLISHING <br />CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ISSUANCE <br />OF SAID PERMIT AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. ' <br />WHEREAS, the Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio, enacted <br />Resolution No. 82-10 on February 15, 1982 granting to Drs. Michael <br />Matheis and'Jeffrey Eadie a U-6 Permit to use the premises located at <br />865 S.O.M. Center Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the purpose of <br />conducting a general dental practice; and <br />WHEREAS, the aforesaid U-6 Permit was to terminate if and <br />when Drs. Matheis and/or Eadie ceased to be the owners or operators of <br />the aforesaid general dental practice or four (4) years from and after <br />the effective date of Resolution No. 82-10, whichever first occurred; <br />and; ' <br />WHEREAS, Dr. Eadie has brought to the attention of the muni- <br />cipality the tact that Dr. Matheis has left the subject office; and <br />WHEREAS, Dr. Eadie has further informed the municipality of <br />his intent to remain in the subject building to conduct his general <br />dental practice; and <br />WHEREAS, Dr. Eadie has further advised the municipality of <br />his intention to purchase the subject building in order to make his <br />dental practice more cost effective; and <br />WHEREAS, Dr. Eadie has further advised the municipality of <br />his intent to allow two (2) other licensed dentists to use the <br />premises on a part-time basis for the purpose of conducting a general <br />dental practice but that only one such part-time dentist would be on <br />the premises at any given time; and <br />WHEREAS, as a result of the foregoing, Dr. Eadie has <br />requested that the Village reconsider the term of the U-6 Permit <br />issued for the subject premises by allowing such permit to remain in <br />force and effect for so long as Dr. Eadie operates a full-time general <br />dental practice trom the premises; and <br />
