RESOLUTION NO. 83-15 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Beebe & Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE <br />PERMIT TO BARBARA DeWILDE TO USE <br />THE BASEMENT OF THE PREMISES <br />LOCATED AT 865 S.O.M. CENTER ROAD. <br />IN MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF CONDUCTING HER BUSINESS <br />AS A REAL ESTATE APPRAISER FOR A <br />PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR, ESTABLISH- <br />ING CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS IN CON- <br />JUNCTION WITH THE ISSUANCE OF SAID <br />PERMIT AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio, has <br />previously enacted Resolution No. 83-14 granting to Dr. Jeffrey Eadie <br />a U-6 Special Use Permit for the purpose of conducting a general <br />dental practice on the premises located at 865 S.O.M. Center Road in <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio, subject to certain terms and conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, Barbara DeWilde has requested from the municipality <br />an additional U-6 Special Use Permit to use the basement of the <br />premises located at 865 S.O.M. Center Road to conduct her business as <br />a real estate appraiser; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the Council of <br />Mayfield Village have previously determined that the nature of the <br />business conducted by Barbara DeWilde does not generate any client <br />traffic and will consist of only one (1) full-time employee; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission, and the Council <br />of Mayfield Village have previously determined that the proposed use <br />of the basement of the subject premises is in keeping with the uses <br />permitted as Class U-6 Uses and is not injurious, obnoxious or <br />offensive by reason of emission of refuse water, odor, dust, fumes, <br />vibrations, smoke, gas, noise or otherwise, and is not dangerous to <br />life, health, property or morals and will not cause undue congestion <br />on the public highways; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission of Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio, has, on June 6, 1983, determined that Barbara DeWilde <br />should be permitted to conduct her business as a real estate appraiser <br />in the basement of the subject premises conditioned upon the restric- <br />tions as hereinafter set forth; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1.
