Wa.ite. <br /> <br /> <br />Messrs, Cohen and Copelin, representing the Broadlawn Realty Company, personal- <br />ly appeared before the Planning Commission in connection with their request <br />for rezoning of their premises lying between the Coe Iliemorial Building on <br />Lorain Road, easterly to the Rosinr- property, a parce]. 1.131 west from the North <br />Olmsted Lumber Compan;j. Request called for the rezoning of premises frorn a <br />multipl° residence district to a retail business districts <br />Mr. 2fueller or the Yiuelle.r art Covei and Binding Company wished that a parcel <br />1131 on the easterly side o.f tYie Broadlawn Realtf Company be rezoned to perrni.t <br />the erection of a book-binding and retail leather goods display room and plant. <br />The prQperty of the I3roadlawn Realty Comany is shown in ExYiibit A of a letter <br />from said concern dated June 6, 1951• A motion was made by Mrm Oviatt and <br />seconded by Mr. Waite that the property known as Parcels 1 and 2 of the Broadlawn <br />Corp. as shoidn in r„chibit A be rezoned for re-tail or local,business.
