Porter. <br />Also present were Lloyd E. Barnes, Service Director; James T. Wilson, Safety <br />Director; C. J. Uviatt, Solicitor; Alex: Kanareff, Engineer; and Louise Hall,Cleris. <br />The minutes of th.e regular meeting of the Council December 15th were read by <br />I~'ir. ~Iangani in the absence of a clerk and approved as corrected. <br />The minutes of the adjourned meeting of the Council December 30th were read <br />by i'J1r. Mangani also and were approved a.s read. <br />A motion was made b°y I~~ir. Porter, seconded by iJ1rs. tlicholas, to appoint Louise <br />Hall as Clerk of Council. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Pdicholas, <br />0' 1`;eill, Porter. <br />TZrs. Hall then assumed her duties. <br />Mr. MacDonald stated that the procedure of mailing the minutes of the meetings <br />to the members of Council will be institl!ted so that any corrections and additions <br />r,tiay be.<oted and stated at the nesx-t regular meeting of Courc~.i a,r?d therefore dispense <br />with the reading of the minutes at the r;eeting. <br />The Mayor reported I'ie had received a communication from the North Olmsted Chamber <br />of Commerce inviting all t ~ ear Roy Iiartman speak on The Economic Advantages of <br />Industry= to North Olmsted~~anuarv 7, 1960 at the Southwestern Savings and Loan <br />Building. <br />The I~1ayor stated that the report for last year z-gill be forthcoming at the next <br />regular meeting of Council.
