<br />MINUFES Ok' SPECIAL MEETING
<br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED
<br />April 1, 1965
<br />8:28 P.M.
<br />The special meeting was called to order by the Aresident and roll was called.
<br />Present: Mayor Ralph E. Christman; President Francis J. 0'Neill; Jack Foltz;
<br />Virginia Hodgins; James I,eonard; Dewey Limpert; A. L. Mangani; John West;
<br />Henry Caster.
<br />Also present: J. Bruce Kitchen, Law Director; Del Limpert, Safety-Service
<br />Director; Margaret West, Clerk of Council.
<br />The agenda for the meeting was as follows:
<br />65-71 - Aresolution approving the report of the Assessment Equalization
<br />Board on objections concerning the estimated assessments for the improvement
<br />of Barton Road, Bradley Road, Mill Road, Broxbourne Road and Canterbury Road
<br />by installing therein water mains and necessary appurtenances, and declaring
<br />an emergency.
<br />65-72 - An ordinance determining to proceed with the improvement of Barton
<br />Road, Bradley Road, Mill Road, Broxbourne Road and Canterbury Road by install-
<br />ing therein water mains and necessary appnctenances, and declaring an emergency.
<br />65-73 - An drdinance amending Section 1153,01, Section 1153.02 and 1153,03 of
<br />Chapter 1153, of Ordfnance No, 62-33, effective June 19, 1962, and entitled
<br />"Livable Floor Area Requirements",
<br />65-74 - Atesolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the
<br />North Olmsted Board of Education for the transfer of land, and declaring an
<br />emergency,
<br />65-75 - A resolution removing the prepaid water main assessment wrongf ully
<br />applied to Permanent Parcel No. 232-3-20 and applying said prepaid water
<br />assessment to the correct and intended Permanent Parcel No, 232-3-40 and
<br />declaring an emergency.
<br />Council was polled by the President, and each councilman acknowledged that
<br />he had been notified twenty-four hours in advance of the special meeting.
<br />"Yeas" Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Manganf, West,
<br />Resolution No. 65-71 was introduced by Mr. Caster, Atesolution approving
<br />the report of the Assessment Equalization Board on objections eoncerning
<br />the estimated assessments for the iarprovement of Barton Road, Bradley
<br />Road, Mill Road, Broxbourne Road and Canterbury Road by installing therein
<br />water mains and necessary appurtenances, and declaring an emergency.-
<br />Mr. Caster moved for suspension of the rule requiring thrde separate
<br />readings of the resolution, seconded by Mr, Mangani, Affirmative vote
<br />thereon was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West.
