Simmms, 29603 Lorain <br />Road, at Council Meeting af February 3rd, relative to his qusstions to <br />Council (Page 2, paragraph 6, re: - 1) buses are being paid for aut of <br />fare box; 2) Brettat Ridge Homeowners Asso€ietion eat3Cled Comcil to <br />appoint a member; also recrsation ar+ea of Bretton Ridge is solf-support- <br />ing; 3) Spruce School is located on Iand doaated by bnilder, the minutes <br />were approved. <br />Mayor Christmm reported that the Walk In Park at Cl..ague Road property <br />is ,just about readp to be finalized. A capq of proposed Leaae Agreement <br />was given to Council for consideration, and Mayor thristmw requested <br />legialation authorizfng the City ta enter into Agreeraent wiCh the State. <br />Mayor Chrietman also stated that the ChaxCer Review Comai.sslon met on <br />Februery 12th; will meet weekly on Thursday and will be infornied of any <br />changes. <br />Mrs. Hodgins, Public Parks Property & Recreation Chairman, rsported the <br />following: 1) This Comittee met an Februarp 9th, a3so pros+eat council <br />menbers to dfscuss proposed plans far remodeliag $arag+e atteched to City <br />Hall bui2ding. These plana were subm.f.tted at last Council meeting. The <br />Committee recommends the plan which utiliZes the space for two offices <br />and etorage space at a cost of $1,555.00; 2) The liecreation Comnisaicra <br />and members af Council met jointly on February lOth, and that meeting is <br />fu11y reported in the minutes of the Recreation Comsission of that date. <br />The members of Council are asked to meet again with thmm Recreation Camnis- <br />sion at its March 10th meeting at 8:30 p.m.; 3) Mre. Aodgins, the Buiiding <br />Commisaioaer and Law Director sttended recent Liquor Cantroi Hearing at <br />Columbus, but has no report of resuZts of that Hearing. <br />Mr. Boehnrer, Chafrmn Municipal Deve].opment Conmu.i.ttee, reported the <br />follcxaing: i) This Committee met o3ci February 16th, alao in attendance <br />were Council Members, ftyor Chriatmm sAd Law Mrector Kitcfien. ?he <br />Mmicipal Developnent Ccmmittee wauld like to have plans, drawings snd <br />estimates on sidewslks for Che east eide of Dover, esst side of East Park, <br />west side of West Park, aad north side of North Park Driv+e; 2) This <br />Coamittee wi11 inspect sidewaZks on Maple Ridge, Georgette and Hurns Road, <br />weather permitting on Fabruary 219t. <br />
