Boehmer, Grady, <br />Hodgins, Limpert, Prokasy, Speedling, West. <br />Also present: Mayor Ralph E. Chr3stman, Sezvice Director Charles <br />Watts, Fiasnce D3rector William Gerlach, Lair DirecCar J. <br />Bruce Kitchen Acting City Engineer Michael Karhan, Cl.erk <br />of Council Nora Aill. <br />Minutes of ineetiag of Januarq 20th were approved as written. <br />Mayor Christman requested Council's approval of Mr. James M. Davfs <br />to serve on the Planniag Caannissiozi for a term ending 12131/74. <br />In connection with the Charter Review every five years, Mayor Christman <br />submitted for Couacil's approval a suggested list of names to serve on <br />the Charter Review Cvmissian. This Commdasion reviews the Charter <br />and makes recomendations for changes to be put on the ballot in <br />November. <br />The following persons are: Albert C. Koontz, Dennis M. <br />Tischler, A. L. Mangani, Bettp Yehlik, Henry Caeter, Nancy Raudebush, <br />Thomas Fabek, Renneth Soko1, and Harold Ross. <br />Mrs. Hodgins, Chairman of Public Parks, Property b Recreation, reported <br />the follawing: 2) This Ccmmnittee met an January 26th, at which tfae <br />they reviewed letter written by Mayor Christman, requesting that the <br />wooden storage structare and two sets of stone carriage-sewnting steps <br />located in the Butternut Ridge Cemetery be donated to the HisCorical <br />Society. Mrs. Hodgins reported the Public Parks, Propertq & Recreation <br />Cofmoittee approved this request and will ask for legisiation umder new <br />business: 2) The Yub3ic Farke, Property & Recreatfon Coomittee submits <br />for Coiatcil's consideration the remodeling of City Hali garage and has <br />requested estimates for rewdeliag of same. <br />Mrs. Hodgins then submitted a Resolution passed bq Mayfield Heights <br />regarding Stntday Closfng, and requested Council to consider this <br />Resolution. <br />Mrs. Hodgias stated that a Li.quor Control ReatiAR has been set for <br />Februarp llth, in Cclumbus, Ohio, re - Bnnil J. V3ad d/b/a/ Pax Three, <br />26092 Lorain Road, Narth Olmeted, and rsquested the Building Camissioner <br />and the Law Mrector to attend this meeting. <br />Mr. Limpert, Chairuwn of Flasnce, $tated he had nq regort but Chat Mr. <br />West will be presenting the Budget Report far the raming qear. <br />Mr. Speedling, Chairman of Puhlic Service & Utilities, stated that this <br />
