Absent: Councilman Speedling. Minutes of Council Meeting of July 5, 1972 were approved as read. Mayor Christman reported the folloo~i:tg: 1) On July 13th, the new six million gallon addition at then Treatsent Plant went into operation, need is processa satisfactorily. L^lierra area about 32 bad spots, and the:ra a~ a few portions the camera could not gat through. There are 7 spots that will have to be excavated and pipe raplaceul.
