O'Neill, Councilmen Boehmer, Glasser, Lispert, <br />Prokasy, Beringer, West. <br />Also present: Mayor Ralph Christman, Service Director Aenry Caster, Law <br />Director J. Bruce 3Citen, Finance Director tdilliase Gerlach, City <br />Engineer Michael Karhaxa, Clerk of Council Nora 813.1. <br />Absent: Councilman Speedling. <br />Minutes of Council Meeting of July 5, 1972 were approved as read. <br />Mayor Christman reported the folloo~i:tg: 1) On July 13th, the new six million <br />gallon addition at then Treatsent Plant went into operation, need is processa <br />satisfactorily. L^lierra area about 32 <br />bad spots, and the:ra a~ a few portions the camera could not gat through. <br />There are 7 spots that will have to be excavated and pipe raplaceul. Hope <br />to repair the other bad points by the grouting method. Will ha;v~e exploratory <br />excavation and will e~raluate frara that the possibilitq of ho+s City ai~,1 attesck <br />rest of repairs. Cost factor against Cfty's forces doing it.
