Brine Kitchen, <br />Finance Director Wil.li~ t~~rlarh, City Bngi~er Michael Karhsn, <br />Clark of Comactl Nora Hill. <br />Meeting was called to order by Presideaat O'Neill at 8:00 P.M. <br />Minutes of Council Meeting of Jaeetary 18th were approved as read. <br />Service Director Caster discussed his memo to Council in ccu~nwoctian <br />with request for authc~rl.sativn to mortise for various bias. This is <br />one step up in as improved credit rtmM.
