<br />Meeting was called to order by President Limpert at 8:04 P.M.
<br />President Limpert invited menbers of the audience to join Members of Council in re-
<br />citing the Pledge of Allegiance.
<br />Minutes of Council AZeetin, of October 7, 1980, wera approved as amended. Mrs. Petrigac
<br />stated that Item 7 of Mre. Sariager°s report, as well ae Item 3 of Mrs. Petritsc's
<br />report at the September 16, 1980, meeting of Couneil, should make it clear that it
<br />was the Recreation Connnission that requeetad suggestioae for renaming City Parka.
<br />President Limpert aunounced- 1) Councilman Logan is out of town and wi11 nat
<br />attend tanight`s meeting.
<br />2) TrJith the General Election on Tuesday, Plovember 4th, the next regular Council
<br />Meeting will be held on 14ednesdav, Novemher Sth.
<br />3) Tonight's ageada has been awnded by adding Ordinance No. 8(?-129, sn ordinance
<br />establishing the complement of the R,tcreaCion Denartment; Resolution No. 80-I30,
<br />adwertising; for bids on a power salt sproader insert - wi11 ask fox auspensiun of
<br />rule requiring three readin$s on this; Qrdinance No. 80-131, regardiag lfcense
<br />appZication, fee and term for bicycles; and Ord3naace No. 80-132 pertaiaing to
<br />sanitary sewage system charges. Remvved from agenda is Ordinance No. 80-326,
<br />declaring Tdorth Olmsted municipal .jail a temporary holding facllity. Ordittance No.
<br />80-33 has been amended aad is placed back on second reading - not third re?adin$ as
<br />listed on agenda. Further ffieendments were msde to Ordinance rito, 80-118, the gane
<br />room legislation; they will be covered in Coamittee Reports; suspension af rule
<br />requirin; three readings wiil be requested on Chis ordinance.
<br />Mr. TJoerpel moved Council amend the agenda and consider Reaolution No. 84-120 st
<br />this time, aeconded by Mr. Wilasnosky. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, McKay, Petrigac,
<br />Saringer, ?ailamoskq, 'doergel. Motion carried.
<br />Resolutioa No. 80-120 iatroduced bq Nrs. Saringer on behalf of the M.ay?or and the
<br />entire Goimcil was giveu its first reading. A resolutian coweuding the achieirement
<br />of First Class Award in Girl Scouting. Mrs. Saringer moved for suspensian of rule
<br />requiring three readings, seeonded by tirs. Petrigae. Affinnative vote: Rc>ehmer,
<br />MtICay, Petrigac, Saringer, Wilamusky, WQerpel. Motion carried. Mrs. Saringer
<br />moved fot adoption, seconded by Mr. Woett»1. A£fixbtative vote: Boehmer, McKaq,
<br />Petrigac, Saringer, Wilamoskq, Woerpel. 14otion carried. Resolution No. 80-120
<br />adonted. Resolution No. 80-120 iaa;s read in its entiretq by Mrs. Saringer and the
<br />Girl Scouta and Scout Leaders were recognized by Ceuncil and the Adminietration.
