- ~z RESOLUTION N0. ~~"'~ DECLARING THE NECESSITY OF CONSTRUCTING SANITARY SEWERS IN WALTER ROAD AND t)7.~iER STREETS HEREIN DESIGNATED, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, three-fourths of all members elected thereto concurring: Section 1. That it is hereby determined to be necessary and conducive to the public health, convenience and welfare of the City of North Olmsted to construct sanitary suers and necessary appurtenances as hereinafter described for the pro- vision of local sewage collection in the streets and between the termini following: 1. Walter Road - Beginning at a point approximately 20 ft. north of the south line of Lot 9, EECALIAR subdivision No. 1, 131-480 and thence northerly to a point approximately 65 ft. south of the North Corporation Line. 2. Beech Lane - Beginning at Walter Road and then easterly to the Cul-de-sac Circle at the eastern terminus of Leech Lane. 3. Leberne Drive - Beginning at Claque Road and thence in a westerly direction for approx. 1190 ft. 4. Lessner Road - Beginning at Walter Road and thence in an easterly direction to a point approx. 258 ft. east of the East Line of Lot No. 12, George Whitman Partition 152-497. 5. Rosita Lane - Beginning at Walter Road and thence in an easterly direction to the Cul-de-sac Circle at the eastern terminus of Rosita Lane. 6. Maria Lane - Beginning at Walter Road and thence in al easterly direction to the Cul-de-sae Circle at the eastern terminus of Maria Lane. 7. Columbia Road - Beginning at a point approx. 117 ft. north of the centerline of Lessner Rd. and thence in a northerly direction to Maple Ridge Road. $. Maple Ridge Road - Beginning at Columbia Rd. and thence in an easterly direction to Walter Rd. 9. Twin Circle - Beginning at Walter Road and thence easterly for approximately 495 ft. and thence north approximately 140 feet and south approximately 190 ft. 10. Frank Street - Beginning at Claque Road and thence westerly to the west line of Lot 72 and 73, H. T. Franks subdivision A-20.
