CITY OF 1VORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 66- 3 ?'-O <br />,---,, , <br />BY ''J'Ut <br /> <br />. .., •? ? .) .`,' <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 65-270 <br />BEING"AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ORGANIZATIONAL ` <br />STRUCTURE F.OR THE SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT <br />EMPLOYEES AND SETTING FORTH THE REMUNERATION <br />TO BE RECEIVED BY THE EMPLOYEES EMPLOYED AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", BEING AN ORDINANCE <br />TO CHANGE THE NAME SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT TO <br />SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEM AND INCREASING THE <br />REMUNERATION OF VARIOUS EMPLOYEES OF THE <br />SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEM <br />VITHEREAS, the Finance Committee of Council has reported to Council <br />that certain increases are necessary in the Sewaqe Treatment System;and <br />WHEREAS, Council wishes to change the name from Sewage Treatment <br />Plant to Sewage Treatment,System. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Sewage Treatment Plant shall be known <br />henceforth as Sewage Treatment System. <br />Section 2: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 65-270 presently reading <br />as follows: <br />"Section 1; That the employees of the Sewage Treatment <br />Plant of the City of North Olmsted shall be designated as <br />follows: <br />Plant Superintendent <br />Chief Operator and Lab Technician <br />Electrical Maintenance Man • <br />Filter Operator <br />Four (4) Operators <br />Tvo (2) Assistant Operators and . <br />Laborers as needed <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 2: That the employees of the Sewage Treatment System of <br />the City of North Olmsted shall be designated as follows: <br />Superintendent <br />40- Plant Maintenance Mechanic <br />Plant Operators <br />Foreman - Sewer Maintenance <br />Laborers as needed <br />Section 3: That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 65-270 presently reading <br />as follows: <br />"Section 2: That the Plant Superintendent, Chief Operator <br />and Lab Technician, Electrical Maintenance Man, Filter <br />Operator, Fou,r (4) Operators and Tbvo (2) Assistant Operators <br />shall be licensed by the State of Ohio as Sewage Treafinent <br />Plant Operators or any licenses necessary under the laws of <br />the State of Ohio or its Subdivisions." <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
