On the west side of Arthur Drive between Madison Avenue and the <br />point where~this street narrows, nor on the narrow section of this street south of <br />Hilliard Road° <br /> <br /> Section 57-9. On the east side of Lark Street from Madison Avenue to the south- <br />erly lot line known as 2019 Lark Street for more than 30 minutes between the hours of <br />8:00 A.M~ and 7:00 P.M. <br /> <br /> Section 57-10. On the westerly side of Lakeland, from Clifton Boulevard to the <br />southerly line of property of the Board of Education. <br /> <br /> Section 57-11. On any street in the City of Lakewood when any such vehicle is <br /> displayed for sale or for the primary purpose of displaying advertising. <br /> <br /> Section 57'12~ No person shall park a school b~s~ commercial tractor, agri- <br />cultural tractor, truck bus, trailer, semi-trailer~ pole trailer or moving van For a <br />period in excess of two hours on any street at any time within the City of Lakewood, <br />except when loading or unloadin~ the cargo of such vehicles. <br /> <br /> Section 57-13e No person being the owner or having possession or control of <br />a vehicle, shall park or permit such vehicle to remain parked on any street in the City <br />of Lakewood for a period inexcess of 24 hours (a) while such vehicle is in a disabled <br />condition er (b) without usage in the usual and ordinary manner even though such <br />vehicle is moved from place to place on the same street. The term "disable~, shall he <br />construed to mean a flat tire or such mechanical defect that such vehicle cannot he <br />operated ~uder its own power or on public streets in compliance with statutory or <br />ordinance requirements. <br /> <br /> Any person violating the foregoing provisions shall be guilty of a misdemeanor <br />and. subject to the penalties provided by Section lll. In addition thereto such parking <br />iu violation of the provisions of the preceding paragraph, is hereby determined to con- <br />stitute a nuisance and within 24 hours after oral or written notice to do so delivered <br />by any police officer to the owner or person heving possession or control of such <br />vehicle personally or by written notice delivered to the residence of such person or if <br />such person has no place of residence in the City of Lakewood or if such place of res- <br />idence cannot he found with reasonable diligence, then after such written notice is <br />attached to the vehicle, such owner or person shall cause such vehicle to be removed <br />from the streets. Upon failvre of such owner or person to so remove such vehicle, <br />the Division of Police and each officer thereof is hereby authorized to remove or <br />cause any vehicle so parked to he removed from the street and stored~ <br /> <br /> <br />
