- l0 (p) Bathhouse and Toilet - Facilities. Every public swimming pool shall be provided ~ith conveniently located dressing, shower, locker and toilet rooms, and if such pool is intended for simultaneous use by both sexes, separate facilities shall be provided for each sex. For the purposes-of this section, it may be assumed that the maximum load shall consist of an equal number of males and females. Sanitary fixtures, based on maximum expected load, shall be provided as follows: 1 Shower 2 Shot~,ers 3 Showers I Shower for I to 20 bathers for 1 to $0 bathers for I to .100 bathers for each additional $0 bathers over 100 Female Water Closets I Water Closet for i to 20 bathers 2 Nater Closets /or ! to 50 bathers 3 Water Closets for 1 to 100 bathers I Water Closet for each additional 60 bathers over 100 Male Water Closets and Urinals I l'tater Closet and i Urinal for i to 30 bathers 2 ~ater Closets and 2 Urinals for 1 to 100 bathers 3 ~ater Closets and 3 Urinals for i to 200 bathers 1 Water Closet and 10rlnal for each 150 bathers over 200 329.126 Requirements as to Patrons. (a) Baths Required. No person shall use or be permitted to use any public swiain§ pool, unless immediately be- f6re such use he has taken a cleansing shower~ using warm water and soap, and thoroughly rinsing off all soap- suds. (b) Bathers 1~ith Communicable Diseases. No ,person having any communlcable skin disease, sore or inflamed eyes, cold, nasal or ear discharges, or any other communicable disease shall use or be permitted to use any public s~im- ming pool. The person in charge of the pool shall ex- clude therefrom any person suspected of having any such ailment unless and until such person presents a certifi- cate from a duly licensed physician statin§ that such ailment is not cor,~unlcable. (c) Sterilization of Suits and Equipment. No person shall · use or be permitted to use, in any public swimming pool, any towel, bathin~ suit, trunks, or other garmen~ ~hich may come in contact with the water in the pool, which has been used by any other person, until after the art- icle or articles have been thoroughly laundered, includ- ing ~ashlng by mech~nica! means in ~ater having ~ tem- perature of not less than 170 de~rees Fahrenheit. (d) Shoes. No person shall be permitted on the deck area of any public swi~mnlng pool ~ithin twenty feet (20) of the main pool ~tile wearing any shoes other than those designed for ba~hlng or swimming.
