-3- f shall be sections adopted: (3) Any such pool shall be equipped with a water recir- culation system designed to completely prevent back flow or back siphonage to the water supply line, filters suf- ficient in capacity to remove all suspended matter from the recirculating water when the system is operating at capacity, a hair and lint catcher in the suction line of the recirculating system, and a vacuum gau~e of such type and so located as to indicate when it is necessary to clean the catcher. (4) That a chlorine residual bet~,e~n .'4 parts per million and o6 parts per million be maintained in any such pool at all times that it is used. (5) That the superintendent o£ the division of water of the City of Lakewood may discontinue service to any such pool if he deems it necessary in the public interest so to do. (6) No person having the possession, charge or management of any such pool shall allow the operation of such pool to disturb the peace and quietude of any person or per- sons within the City of LaI,ewood by noise or in any other manner.", and they are hereby repealed and that the following new numbered 329.111 to 329.140, both inclusive, shall be 329.111 Prohibition Faaily swir~-~ing and wading pools are hereby prohibited within the City of Lal:ewOOd except in a AIa district. 329.112 Definitions. The following definit{ons, terms, phrasest words, and their derivations shall apply to this chapter. 1. ~oa~issioner o£ Health" is the Coamlssioner of Health of the City of Lake~vood, or his authorized representa- tives. 2. "Co~aissioner of Building Inspection" is the Commis- sioner of Building Inspection of the City o£ La!~wood, Acting Commissioner of Building Inspectiont or the authorized representatives of either. 3. "l~ublic Swimming Pool" An artificial body of water, with a controlled water sup- ply, used collectively by numbers, of persons for swimaing, or recreative bathing, but not including family swimming pools or wading pools, as defined herein. 4. "Family Swiaing Pool". An artificial body o£ water, with a controlle~ water supply~ over 15 inches in depth or ~00 square feet of surface area, and used or intended to be used so!ely by the o~vner or lessee thereo£, and his £amily and by friends invited to use it ~.~ithout payment of any fee.
