5. ~Public Wading ~oo1" An artificial body of water, with a controlled water ply, not exceeding 24 inches in depth and used collective- ly by numbers of persons for wading. 6. "Family l'lading Pool" An arti£icial body of water, with a controlled tmter sup- ply~ not exceeding 15 inches in depth 6r 200 square feet in surface area and used collectively by numbers of per- sons for wading, and used or intended to be used solely by the owner or lessee thereof and his family and by friends invited to use it without payment of any fee. Such family wading pools are further defined as follows: (a) Portable l'lading Pool. A portable wading pool is hereby defined as a container which is designed or used for wading purposes and which may be dismantled, stored, or moved from one place to another. (b) Permanenet ?fading Pool. A permanent wading pool is hereby defined as a container which is designed or used for wading purposes, built.either upon or below the level of the ground, which is not designed or intended to be readily dismantled, stored, or moved from one place to another. 329.113 Construction Permit and Approval. Before work is c~,menced on the construction o£ a publ$c swimming pool, family pool, public wading pool, or on any alteration, addition, remodeling or other improve- ment thereto, an application £or permit to construct and the plans and specifications and pertinent explanatory data hereinafter required shall be submitted to the Com- missioner of Building Inspection fo~ approval, and no part of the work shall be commenced until the Comm, is- sioner of Health and Commissioner of Building Inspection have evidenced their approval by a suitable endorsement upon such plans and specifications, and have granted a permit therefor. 329.114 Fees. (a) Permits. Fee for the permit to construct a swimming pool shall be at the rate of Two Dollars ($2.00) per one hundred (!00) square feet, or fraction thereof, of the ground area occupied by the pool structure, with a minimum fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00). Such fee is in ad- dition to permit fees appllcable to other structures which may be incidental to the pool, or plumbing, sewer- lng, or wiring connections therewith. (b) License. (1) The fee for a license to conduct, operat~ and maintain a public swimming pool shall be Twenty-Pive Dollars ($25.00). (2) The fee for a license to conduct~ operate and maintain a family swir~lin3 pool shall be Ten Dollars ($10.00).
