-4- Section 7. That Section 773.08(d) of the Traffic Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading as follows: Section 773.08 Attachment of License Plates #(d) It shall be unlawful to maliciously remove, destroy, mutilate or alter any serial number of any bicycle licensed hereunder, or any license plate or license card issued hereunder." be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 773.08 Attachment of License Plate~ or Decals (d).It sha~l be unlawful to maliciously remove,_des~oy, mutilate or alter any serial number of any bicycle licensed. hereunder, or any license plate, decal or card issued hereunder. Section 8. That Section 773.08(e) of the Traffic Code of'the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading as follows: Section 773.08 Attachment of License Plates "(e) In the event the license plate is lost, defaced or destroyed, the Chief of Police when satisfied of such fact shall issue a new license plate upon application of 'the owner of such bicycle~ A replacement fee of one dollar shall be authorized." be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 773.08 Attachment of License Plates or Decals (e) In the event the license plate or decal is lost, defaced or destroyed, the Chief of Police when satisfied of such fact shall issue a new license plate or decal upon applica- tion of the owner of such bicycle. A replacement fee of $1.50 shall be authorized. Section 9. That Section 773.11 of the Traffic Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading as follows: Section 773.11 Transfer of Ownership "Upon the sale or other transfer of a licensed bicycle the licensee shall remove the license plate and shall either surrender the same to the Chief of Police or may upon proper application, but without payment of an additional fee, have said plate assigned to another bicycle owned by the applicant. " be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
