719.10 APPEAL <br /> <br /> In the event the application for a permit is not approved or in the event any <br />permit issued under this Chapter is revoked, the applicant shall be notified of such <br />refusal or revocation in writing and such notice shall be mailed or delivered to the <br />applicant at the address of the applicant, as set forth in the application for a per- <br />mit. The applicant shall have ten (10) days after receipt of such notice within , <br />which to appeal such refusal or revocation. Such appeal shall be perfected by filing <br />a written notice of appeal with the Mayor. Thereupon, the applicant shall have not less <br />than ten (10) days notice of the date and place of the hearing. The appeal shall be <br />heard by a board composed-of the members of Council, which board shall have the power <br />after such hearing to confirm the refusal or revocation or order the permit to be <br />issued. <br /> <br />719.99 PENALTY <br /> <br /> Whoever violates any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be fined not more <br />than $500.00 or imprisoned not more than six months or both. Each days violation <br />shall constitute a separate offense. <br /> <br />Section 2. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for <br />the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and providing it receives the affirmative <br />vote.of two-thirds of all members ~lected to Council, it shall t~ke effect and be in <br /> <br /> <br />
