That paragraph (b) of Section 313.02 of the Traffic Code of <br />the Codified Ordinances now reading as follows: <br /> <br /> (b) Other streets or highways or portions thereof within the Municipality, with a <br />continuous length of more than one mile between the limits of such street or highway or <br />portion thereof, at thc entrances to which vehicular traffic from the majority of inter- <br />secting streets or highways is controlled by "stop" or "yield" signs or traffic control <br />signals are hereby designated as through streets or highways.
