<br />m,l.or vehicle, ri,[;isl, ration, or nonresid~ml~s operating privil{~ge has been suspended
<br />or revoked under the provisions of¢)hio li.C. ('lmpter 4507 (Driver's I,it~,ense Law),
<br />or under the provisions of ()hie Il. C. U}mpter 450(3 (Financial Responsibility Law),
<br />or under Ohio lt.C. 4511.191 (Implied Consent I~aw), or under applicable lag'inany
<br />other jurisdiction where such license was issued, shall, during the effective dates of
<br />such suspension or revocation, apply fo]' and receive a new license or drive any motor
<br />vehicle upon the streets or highways of this Municipality under a license, permit or
<br />registration certificate issued by any other jurisdiction or otherwise drive any motor
<br />vehicle upon the streets or highways in this Municipality.

<br /> Section 7. That paragraph (c) of Section 337.16 of the Traffic Code of
<br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood now reading as follows:
<br />
<br /> (c) Flashing lights arc prohibited on motor vehicles, except as a means for indi-
<br />cating a right ora left turn, or in the presence of a vehicular traffic hazard requiring
<br />unusual care in approaching, or overtaking or passing. This prohibition does not apply
<br />to emergency vehicles, road service vehiclcs servicing or towing a disabled vehicle,
<br />traffic line stripers, snow plows, rural ~na. il delivery vehicles, Ohio Department
<br />of Transportation maintenance vehicles, funeral hearses, funeral escort vehicles
<br />
<br />and similar equipment operated by the Department or local authorities, which shall
<br />be equipped with and display, when used on a street or highway for the special pur-
<br />pose necessitating such lights, a flashing, oscillating or rotating amber light, but
<br />shall not display a flashing, oscillating or rotating light of any other color, nor to
<br />vehicles or machinery permitted by Section 337.10 to have a flashing red light.

<br /> Section 8. That Section 339.01 of the T~affic Code of the Codified
<br />0rdina~es of the City of Lakewood.now reading as follows:
<br />
<br /> 3:19.01 LOAD LIMITATIONS.
<br /> Subject to the provisions of Section 339.02, no vehicle, load, object or structure shall
<br /> be operated upon thc streets within the City, having a maximum axle load greater than
<br /> 16,000 pounds when such vehicle is ~uippcd with solid rubber tires, or greater than
<br /> 19,000 ponds when such vehicle is c~tuippcd with pneumatic tires. Thc mtgimum wheel
<br /> load of any one wheel of any such vehicle shall not exceed 650 pounds per inch width of
<br /> pneumatic tire me~urcd as prescribed by law, nor shall any solid tire of mbbcr or other
<br /> resilient material on ~y wheel of any such vehicle be less than one inch thick when
<br /> measured [rom thc top of the flanges of thc tire ch:mnel.
<br /> The weight of thc vehicle and load imposed upon the road surhce by any two successive
<br /> axles, spaced four feet or less apart, and weighed simultaneously, shall not exceed, for
<br /> solid tires, 1.9,000 pounds, nor exceed for pneumatic tires, 24,000 l)ounds; or by any two
<br /> successive axles, spaced more thnn fi)ur [(~et lint less Ihan ('i~lht filet :~l)art, and weighed
<br /> simultaneously, shall not exceed for solid tires, 2,1,000 pounds, nor exceed, for pneumatic
<br /> tires, 32,000 pounds; or by any two successive axles, spaced eight feet or more apart, shall
<br /> not exceed, for solid rubber tires, 28,000 pounds, nor exceed for pneumatic tires, 38,000
<br /> pounds; or by any three successive load-bearing axles desi~e(1 to equalize the load
<br /> between such axles and spaced so that each such axle of the three-axle group is more than
<br /> four feet from the next axle in the three-axle group and so that the spacing be~veen the
<br /> first axle and the third axle of the three-axle group is no more than nine feet, and weighed
<br /> simultaneously as a nnit, shall not exceed 48,000 pounds; nor shall thc total weight of vehicle
<br /> and load exceed, for solid robber tires, 28,000 pounds plus an additional 600 pounds for
