AN AGREEMENT FOR THE INTERCHANGE OF THE FIRE PERSONNEL, 'FIRE EQUIPMENT AND THE FIRE SERVICES OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENTS OF THE SIX COMMUNITIES OF BAY VILLAGE, FAIRVIEW PARK, HORTH OLMSTED, ROCKY RIVER, WESTLAKE AND LAKEWOOD, OHIO THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, this day of , 1979, by and between the following municipal corporations, organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Ohio, all being located in the County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: THE CITY OF BAY VILLAGE, OHIO THE CITY OF FAIRVIEW PARK, OHIO 350 Dover Center 20777 Lorain Road Bay Village, Ohio Fairview Park, Ohio THE CITY OF ROCKY RIVER, OHIO THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO 21012 Hilliard Boulevard 5206 Dover Center Road Rocky River, Ohio North Olmsted, Ohio THE CITY OF WESTLAKE, OHIO THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO 27216 ttilliard Boulevard 12650 Detroit Avenue Westlake, Ohio Lakewood, Ohio WI TNESS ETH: WHEREAS, in order to obtain additional fire assistance and protection and for the purpose· of protection of life, limb and property, it is the desire of the aforesaid municipal corporations to provide for and join in mutual assistance in their interchange and use of their respective personnel, and equipment and their concerted effort to provide the necessary services required in efficient and effective fire protection and paramedic services. WHEREAS under section 717.02 of the Ohio Revised Code which~ authorizes respective legislative authority of the municipal corporation to enter into an agreement with other municipal corporations, such aqreenlent to be in effect upon such terms as are agreed Upon for the services of fire personnel or the Use of fire equipment or for the interchange of such service personnel and equipment within the several territories of the agree- ing subdivision.
