-6- <br /> <br /> ! <br /> <br />1329.06 ILLUMINATION OF SIGNS. <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Light sources to illuminate signs shall be shielded from <br />all adjacent residential buildings and streets and shall <br />not be of such brightness so as to cause glare hazardous <br />to pedestrians or motorists or so as to cause reasonable <br />objection from adjacent residential districts. <br /> <br />{b) <br /> <br />All signs in Retail, Office, and Industrial Districts may <br />be illuminated, Parking lots and automotive sales lots <br />shall be illuminated in accordance wit)) the provisions <br />of this section. <br /> <br />1329.07 <br /> <br />(c) Flashing or moving illumination shall not be permitted <br /> in any district within the City. <br /> <br />SIGNS: RESIDENTIAL R1, R2, R3 DISTRICTS. <br /> <br /> Accessory signs shall be permitted in 'the Residential R1, R2, <br /> and R3 Districts pursuant to the regulations of the Planning <br /> apd Zoning Code, ~hapters 1.105, 1107 and 1109 <br /> +FO .............. <br />1329.08 SIGNS: APART~E/~tT [~, 1~)2 DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />Accessory signs in Apartment ~41 and M2 Districts shall be designed, <br />erected, altered,'moved and maintained, in whole or in part, in <br />accordance with these regulations. The types of signs permitted <br />as to use, structure, size and number for each building or lot <br />shall be regulated as follows: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Bulletin Board. One bulletin board not exceeding {20) <br />square feet in area or (5) feet in height may be located <br />on the premise of a public, charitable, or religious <br />institution but not less than {15) feet from a street <br />right-of-way line; indirect illumination shall be <br />pem)itted. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Development Sign. One temporary development sign not <br />exceeding (50) square feet in area and {10) feet in <br />height shall be pemitted on the lot upon which a building <br />is under construction. Signs shall be removed on the <br />issuance of a final occupancy permit or one year after <br />the permit is issued whichever date occurs first. <br /> <br />Directional Si~n.
