WESTI~AKE, OIIIO 2721.6 llilliard Boulevard Westlake, Ohio W I T N E S S E'T II ; WIIEREAS, in. order to obtain additional public service assistance and protection of life, limb and property and to :insure adequate .operation of the public service depart~nents during times of disaster and real and .present emergencies, it is the desire of the aforesaid municipal corpora- tions to provide for and join in mutual as'sistance in their interchange and use of their respective personnel and equipment,, and their concerted effort to provide the necessary se~iccs required in efficient and effec- tive operation of the service departments; and WIIE[~AS, it is the desire of thc above mentioned municipalities to enter into an agreement with the other 'municipal corporations for said services, equipment and personnel upon such team, s as are agreed upon for the se~iccs of public service personnel or the use of public service equip- ment or for the iutc.~'changc of such service personnel and equipment within the several territories of the coatracting s'ubdivisions; and WHERI~AS, each of the aforesaid municipal corporations has author- izod the execution of this agreement by proper legislative authority and by proper legislation by their respective Councils;
