Section 3. That Section 1305.10 of the Building Code of the Codified Ordinances now reading as follows: 1305.10 BASIC SANITARY FACILITIES No owner, operator or agent shall occupy, maintain or lease or offer for rental or lease any dwelling or dwelling unit unless such dwelling or dwelling unit shall be provided with not less than the following sanitary facilities which shall afford privacy to any occupant thereof: (a) A room which is equipped with a flush water closet and lavatory basin in good working condition, except as otherwise provided in Section 1305.11. (b) A bathtub or shower, except as otherwise'provided in Section 1305.11. (c) Every dwelling unit shall be provided with one, and one only, complete kitchen or kitchenette with approved cooking and regrigera- tion connections and sink facilities. That Section 1305.15(e) of the Buildi~ng Code of the Codified Ordinances now reading as follows: 1305.15 (e) HABITABLE FLOOR AREA STANDARDS (e) No cellar space shall be used as a habitable room or dwelling unit. be and the same rs hereby amended to read as follows: 1305.~5(e} HABITABLE FLOOR AREA STANDARDS e) No cellar space shall be used as a habitable room or dwelling unit unless it conforms to all of the following standards in addition to all other requirements to this Code for habitable rooms: i. The room shall have been, prior to the effective date of this code, originally designed and constructed, or legally converted to use as a habitable room.
