(bb) State State of Ohio <br /> <br /> (cc) Sta~e D£sqosal System Permit - Any permit (including any terms <br /> condic[ons and requirements thereof), issued by the State <br /> pursuanc co Ohio Revised Code 6111.03 (j). <br /> <br /> (dd) Storm Drain or Storm Sewer Shall mean a sewer which carries <br /> <br /> storm and surface waters and drainage, but excludes wastewater <br /> and ~ndustrial wastes, other than unpolluted tolling water. <br /> (ee) Storm %~ater - Any flo~,occurrinE during or following any form <br /> of natural precipitation and resultinE therefrom. <br /> <br /> (fl) Suspended Solids The total suspended matter that floats on <br /> <br />the surface of, or is suspended in, water, wastewater or other liquids, <br /> <br />and which is removable by a.standard glass fiber filter. <br /> <br /> (gE) User - Any person who discharges, causes or permits t~e dis- <br /> charge of ~astewater into the City's wastewater disposal <br /> system. <br /> (hh) Wastewater - The liquid and water-carried industrial or <br /> domestic ~astes from dwellings, commercial buildings, in- <br /> dustrial facilities, and institutions, together with any <br /> groundwater, surface water, and storm water that may be <br /> present, whether treated or u~treated, which is discharged <br /> into or permitted to enter the City's wastewater disposal <br /> system. <br /> (ii) Nas~ewater Disposal S~stem or System - Any devices, facilities, <br /> <br /> stoat=utes, equipment or works owned or used by the City for <br /> the purpose of the transmission, storage, treatment, re- <br /> cycling, and reclamation o~ industrial and domestic waste- <br /> water or necessary to recycle or reuse water, including street <br /> sewers, inuer~epting sewers, outfall sewers, sewage collection <br /> system, pumping, power, and other equipment, and =heir <br /> appurtenances; extensions, improvements, remodeling, additions, <br /> and alterations thereof; elements essential to provide a <br /> reliable recycled wa=er supply such as standby treatment <br /> units and clear well facilities; and any works, including <br /> land tha= will be an intergral part of the treatment process <br /> or is used for ultimate disposal of residues resulting from <br /> such treatment. <br /> <br /> (jj) Watercourse - A channel in'which a flow of wate~ occurs, whether <br /> continuously or intermittenly. <br /> <br /> (kk) Uaters of the State - All streams, lakes, ponds,.marshes, <br /> watercourses, waterways, wells, springs, reservoirs, acquifers, <br /> irrigarion systems, drainage systems and all other bodies or <br /> accumulations of water, surface or underground, natural or <br /> artificial, publfc or private, which are contained within, flow <br /> throuKh, or border upon the State or any portion thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />
