Section 15. Re_peal. Section 6, Section 8, and <br />Section 10 of the Original Bond Ordinance are hereby <br />repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 16. Recitals. It is hereby determined <br />and recited that ali acts, conditions and things necessary <br />to be done precedent to and in the issuing of the _Series <br />1982 Bonds in order to make the same legal, valid and bind- <br />ing Revenue Bonds issued by the City of Lakewood, Ohio, <br />pursuant to Section 3 of Article XVIiI of the Constitution <br />of Ohio, will have happened, been done and performed or will <br />happen, be done and performed in regular and due form as <br />required by law; and that no limitation of indebtedness or <br />taxation, either statutory or constitutional, is applicable <br />to the issuance of the Series 1982 Bonds. <br /> <br /> Section 17. Severability. Each section and each <br />part of each section of this Ordinance is hereby declared to <br />be an independent section or part of a section and, notwith- <br />standing any other evidence of legislative intent, it is <br />hereby declared to be the controlling legislative intent <br />that if any such section or part of a section or any provi- <br />sion thereof, or the application thereof to any person or <br />circumstances, is held to be invalid, the remaining sections, <br />parts of sections or provision thereof and the application <br />of such section, part of a section or provision to any other <br />person or circumstances, other than those as to which it is <br />held invalid, shall not be affected thereby, and it is <br />hereby declared to be the legislative intent that the other <br />sections, parts of sections or provisions of this Ordinance <br />would have been adopted independently of such section, or <br />parts of a section or provision thereof, so held to be <br />invalid. <br /> <br />-41- <br /> <br /> <br />
