Customer and Xerox acknowledge that this Agreement embodies a new and unique <br />method o:[ making the System available to governmental entities, that this methodology <br />has been tailored to meet the unique needs o~ Lakewood and R.I.T.A. and that a <br />:[undamental factor in structuring and agreeing to this methodology is the long standing <br />and success:[ul business relations_hip between Xerox and Lakewood. <br /> <br />21.
