SUBLEASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> This instrument of sublease made at Lakewood, Ohio this day <br /> <br />of , 1983, by and between the Community Development Corpora- <br /> <br />tion of Lakewood, Ohio, the Lessor, and the City of Lakewood, Ohio, the <br />Lessee; <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> Said Lessor in consideraLion of the rents and covenants hereinafter <br />stipulated to be paid and performed by said Lessee, does hereby demise, sub- <br />let, and lease unto the said Lessee the following described premises, to wit: <br />Office space in the senior citizen housing facility known as George Fedor <br />Manor located at Ridgewood and Madison Avenues in Lakewood, Ohio, consisting <br />of not 1.ess than Four Thousand (4,000) square feet on the first floor with <br />an on:street entrance on Madison Avenue and property located at 12414-16 <br />Madison Avenue to be used for parking purposes and more fully described in <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto, being all of the same premises leased to the <br />said Community Development Corporation of Lakewood, Ohio by SS. C & M. <br />Haven, Inc. by instruments of lease bearing the dates of September 24, 1981 <br />(as amended December 17, 1981) and December 26,' 1981, respectively for a <br />term of 40 years. <br /> <br /> To have and to hold the same with appurtenances thereto belonging, <br />unto the said Lessee for a term in excess of 20 years commencing on the date <br />of execution of this Agreement and ending December 31, 2003, but subject to <br />all the convenants, agreements, restrictions, limitations, and conditions con- <br />tained in the above mentioned instruments of lease from SS.
