That Section 1305.09 of the Building Code of the COdified <br />Ordinances now reading as follows: <br /> <br /> 1305.09 CGMPL~ P4~QUIRED. <br /> No owner, operator or agent shall occupy, maintain, lease or offer for <br />rental or lease, any dwelling or dwelling unit which does not ccmply with the <br />provisions of this Code. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> 1305.09 GOMPLIANCE P~QUIRED. <br /> No cwner, operator or agent shall oocupy, maintain, lease, or offer for <br />rental or lease, any dwelling, dwelling unit or occupiable structure which <br />does not comply with the provisions of this Code. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That Section 1305.13 of the Building Gode of the C~dified <br />Ordinances now reading as follows: <br /> <br />1305.13 CC~qNELTIONOFSANITATIONF~. <br />(a) All sinks, lavatories, tubs and showers in adwelling shall be <br /> supplied with hot and cold running water frcm the municipal water <br /> supplying system and all such fixtures shall beproperlyconnected. <br />(b) All plumbing fixtures in a dwelling shall be oonnected to the <br /> public sanitary sewer system. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1305.13 Connection of Sanitation Fixtures <br />(a) All sinks, lavatories, tubs and showers, where required by fakewood <br /> Ordinances, in dwellings and occupiable structures shall be <br /> supplied with hot and cold running water from the municipal water <br /> supply system and all such fixtures shall be properlyconnected. <br /> <br />(b) All plumbing fixtures in dwellings ar~occupiable structures shall <br /> be connected to the lm~blic sanitary sewer system. <br /> <br /> ~ecticn 5. That Section 1305.23 of the Building Code of the Oodified <br />Ordinances now reading as follows: <br /> <br />1305.23 LIGHTING OF PUBLIC HAt;-~ AND STAI~ <br />(a) Every public hall and stairway in every multiple <br /> containing five or more dwelling units shall be adequately <br /> <br />og~elling <br /> lighted <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
