(c) Amendment to the Lakewood City Center Plan. <br /> <br /> No change shall be made in the Lakewood City Center <br /> <br />Plan that physically affects the use of the Project Area, the <br />Redevelopment Properties, the Project or the Improvements, or <br />any portion or phase thereof, except with the consent of the <br />Redeveloper. <br /> <br /> Section 7. Progress Report~. <br /> <br /> Until construction of all the Improvements has been <br />completed, the Redeveloper shall make periodic monthly reports <br />to the City in such detail as may be reasonably requested by <br />the City, as to the progress of the Redeveloper with respect to <br />construction and development of the Project. <br /> <br /> Section 8. Discrimination Prohibited. <br /> <br /> The Redeveloper, its successors and assigns, shall <br />not, in the use and redevelopment of any of the property <br />comprising the Project, discriminate against any person or <br />group of persons based upon race, creed, Sex, religion,-color, <br />age, national origin or ancestry in the sale, lease, sublease,. <br />transfer, occupancy, management, operation, tenure or enjoyment <br />of the Redevelopment Properties, and shall so bind its <br />successors and assigns by appropriate agreements and covenants . <br />running with the land enforceable by the City. <br /> <br /> Section 9.
