'Mr. Nagel, 1325, was concerned that the price would change from the
amount on the assessment notice.

The Mayor assured him that the price would not be increased from the
assessment set at this meeting.

Mrs. Sanders presented a petition with 83 signatures of Granger
residents asking for a reduction. She also mentioned the traffic to
and from St. James Church and School.

Mr. Langdon, 1365, asked why they had not received Federal or State
funds.

Mr. Ziegenreucker answered Mr. Langdon that there are certain guidelines
necessary for Federal Funds. Graber does not comply with these
guidelines.

Mr. and Mrs. Dudas, 17403 Clifton, (side yard assessment) questioned
why they had been assessed and how this figure is determined.

Mr. Madison explained the formula for the side yard assessment as
follows: the first 150 feet is charged at the average lot size (41.78
feet). Any amount over 150 feet is charged at the assessed price. In
the Dadas case, with a side yard of 182.95 ft. they will be assessed
for 74.73 feet. If they had been charged for the entire side yard it
would have been $1028.00.

Mrs. Uchaker, 1348, corner of Cannon, protested both streets being
resurfaced at the same time with double assessment for her. She asked
that her assessment for Cannon be extended, with payment due in one
year. Did not want it on her taxes. Mrs. Uchaker also questioned
whether or not the sewer liniDg job would be completed before the
resurfacing began.

Mr. Ziegenruecker assured Mrs. Uchaker that the sewer lining project
would be completed before resurfacing.

Mr. H. Gallagher explained that now all sewers are televised before
street resurfacing decisions are made. If repairs are needed, they
are done that same year before resurfacing, or the resurfacing is put
off until the sewer or water main work can be completed.

Mr. Fejszes, 1263, complained about the people parking on their street
in his area and taking the Clifton bus, thus using all the available
parking spaces, making it very difficult to find a place to park between
2:30 and 6:30 p.m.

Mr. Rayel, 1297, supported his neighbons in all that they had stated.

Motion by Mayor Harbarger that the assessment be $6.50.
Ziegenruecker. Motion carried.

Second: Mr.
