Frueh II <br /> <br />Mayor Cain continued by saying that for ten homeowners the assessment represents their share of the <br />conduit installation only, the eleventh homeowner will be assessed for their share of the conduit <br />installation and the restoration of their sandstone sidewalk as installed by the City. <br /> <br />Mayor Cain then asked for comments from the audience. <br /> <br />Mr. William Behmke of 1101 Homewood Drive was concerned about the decorative lighting. He <br />asked if the lighting would be sufficient to illuminate the street. John Kilgore responded that it would. <br /> <br />Hearing no other comments. Director Spellacy made a motion to adjourn into executive session. <br />Director Boag seconded the motion. The Board Members adjourned into executive session. <br /> <br />Council PreSident Seelie arrived at the meeting at 7:08 pm. <br /> <br />The Board Members returned to the meeting. Director Spellacy made a motion to move out of <br />executive session and it was seconded by Director Blasko. <br /> <br />Mayor Cain asked the Board Members if they had any additional comments and noted that no changes <br />had been made to the preliminary report for the decorating lighting and conduit assessment. The Board <br />accepts the preliminary assessment schedule as is appears on file with the Clerk of Council. <br /> <br />Director Spellacy made a motion to include the letter to the HomeWood residents, dated January-15th, <br />2002, into the record. The. motion was Seconded by Director Boag. The letter will be attached to the <br />minutes of the meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Cain accepted a motion from Director Spellacy to adjourn the meeting. Director Boag <br />seconded the'motion. All members voted "aye"..
