Frueh II Mayor Cain continued by saying that for ten homeowners the assessment represents their share of the conduit installation only, the eleventh homeowner will be assessed for their share of the conduit installation and the restoration of their sandstone sidewalk as installed by the City. Mayor Cain then asked for comments from the audience. Mr. William Behmke of 1101 Homewood Drive was concerned about the decorative lighting. He asked if the lighting would be sufficient to illuminate the street. John Kilgore responded that it would. Hearing no other comments. Director Spellacy made a motion to adjourn into executive session. Director Boag seconded the motion. The Board Members adjourned into executive session. Council PreSident Seelie arrived at the meeting at 7:08 pm. The Board Members returned to the meeting. Director Spellacy made a motion to move out of executive session and it was seconded by Director Blasko. Mayor Cain asked the Board Members if they had any additional comments and noted that no changes had been made to the preliminary report for the decorating lighting and conduit assessment. The Board accepts the preliminary assessment schedule as is appears on file with the Clerk of Council. Director Spellacy made a motion to include the letter to the HomeWood residents, dated January-15th, 2002, into the record. The. motion was Seconded by Director Boag. The letter will be attached to the minutes of the meeting. Mayor Cain accepted a motion from Director Spellacy to adjourn the meeting. Director Boag seconded the'motion. All members voted "aye"..
