the Director of Finance will allocate that cost to the funds based upon the total allocation of all other hospitalizatiOn costs. (f) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to pay from City funds one- half of the actual premium rate of dental insurance coverage as may be established by the City for all annual salaried employees including Foremen Class A employees and the Chiefs of the Divisions of Police and Fire but exclud ng all other members of the Divisions of Police and Fire and full-time permanent hourly employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement with the City, 149.141 HOSPTrALIZATION COVERAGE FOR COUNCILPERSONS. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to pay from City funds the actual premium costs of hospitalization coverage, and any subsequent increase in costs therefore, if any, for Councilpersons in the City who are enrolled in the City's hospitalization plan. 149.15 UNIFORMS FOR PARK CARETAKERS. Upon requisition issued by the Park Superintendent and approved bythe Mayor, the Director of Finance is authorized and directed to pay, from the funds from time to time appropriated for such purpose, the cost of uniforms for Traffic Signal Technicians and Unit Managers. 149.16 M:[LTTAR¥ LEAVE; COMPENSA1/ON. (a) All full-time, permanent, hourly employees and all annual, salaried employees, not covered by a collective bargaining agreement shall be granted leaves of absence for military duty in accordance with State and federal law. (b) Any sUch employee of the City who is tempo_rarily called to active duty (e. g., summer training) shall be granted a leave of absence for the duration of such active duty and. shall be paid for a period of not more than one hundred seventy-six (176) hours in any one calendar year and shall accumulate vacation, ongevity andsick leave credit during the period of such leave. (c) An employee called or ordered to the uniform service for a period in excess of one hundred and seventy six (176) hours in any calendar year as a result of an execution order of the PreSident of the United States or an Act of Congress, is entitled to leave of absence and receive pay for each bi-weekly pay period, as follows' 1. The difference between the employee's re(]ular aross month v wa~es and the Sum of. the employee's gross um~form'pay and allo'wan~:es received during that bi-weekly period; or 2. Five hundred dollars ($500.00). The employee shall receive the greater amount stated above, provided that such paymenEs do not result in an amount that exceeds the employee's gross wages for the pay period as a City employee. 149.17 iVlILEAGE ALLOWANCE. (a) The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to establish a voluntary deferred compensation plan for the City, to' take any and all action as necessary to participate in the Ohio Deferred Compensation Plan on behalf of any employee who agrees to participate, and to continue any agreements currently in effect, for those employees formerly enrolled, in private deterred corn pensation plans. (b) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized, by payroll deduction, to pay any approved amounts to the Ohio Deferred Compensation Program or any other existing deferred, compensation program on behalf of enrolled employees. 19
